<div itemprop="description">GORDON LINDSAY HAY<br />July 30th 1953 &ndash; August 7th 2014<br /><br />Gordon died suddenly, but peacefully, at home on Thursday August 7th at the age of 61 years.<br /><br />He will be deeply missed by his wife Charlene; sons Dylan (Jessica), Thomas and Nathan; mother Barbara Hay of Calgary; sister Nancy (Michael) Bullard; numerous nieces and nephews and other extended family and dear friends.<br /><br />Gordon was predeceased by his father, Lindsay Hay, in 1978.<br /><br />The family thanks Joyce and Vinca for their tireless care and support.<br /><br />A gathering of family and friends to share memories and celebrate Gordon&rsquo;s life, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 16th, 2014, at the Strathcona Hall, 10139-87 Avenue.<br /><br />&ldquo;Your wisdom, adventurous spirit and sense of humour will live on with us.&rdquo;<br /><br />Donations in Gordon&rsquo;s memory may be made to the Canadian Paraplegic Association (Alberta), Suite 305, 11010-101 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta T5H 4B9</div>
