<div itemprop="description">KING, Richard (Rick) Thomas<br />August 12, 1956 &ndash; August 12, 2014<br /><br />It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Richard (Rick) Thomas King, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, on August 12, 2014.<br /><br />Rick is survived by his wife Jane; son Jason (Karen); daughter Kelly (Sean); and grandchildren Kaitlyn, Christian, Chantel, Joshua, Damion and Kashis.<br /><br />He is also survived by his sisters Linda Rowe (William); Donna Garner; brother David King (Sharon); and nieces and nephews. <br /><br />Rick is predeceased by his parents Harold and Marion King; sister Suzanne King, and brother in law Steve Garner.<br /><br />Rick passed peacefully at home surrounded by family after losing his battle with cancer.<br /><br />A memorial service will be held at South Side Memorial Chapel, 8310 104th St NW, Edmonton, AB T6E 4E8 on Monday August 18th, 2014 at 1:00 p.m.</div>
